The Friends of Waquoit Bay Reserve, in partnership with the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, is seeking to fill two summer employment opportunities at the Waquoit Bay Summer Science School.



Science School Teacher – We are seeking an energetic person to co-teach weekly estuary ecology themed sessions at the Waquoit Bay Summer Science School<https://waquoitbayreserve.org/education-programs/science-school/>. Children grades 2 – 12 attend weekly sessions from July through mid- August at the Waquoit Bay Reserve in East Falmouth. Junior Counselor – We are seeking a Summer Junior Counselor to work with school staff at the Waquoit Bay Summer Science School<https://waquoitbayreserve.org/education-programs/science-school/> in East Falmouth. This position will assist counselors with preparation of daily lessons, activities, and games as well as model appropriate behavior with campers and promote a safe environment.
