80th ANNIVERSARY V-E DAY BIG BAND CONCER ALERT

 




The Big Band Concert is next Saturday! We still some duties that need volunteers to fill:


1.Would anyone like to be our photographer /videographer? A good camera phone will do. You do not have to take pictures the whole time, just as the moment suits you. I also ask other attendees to take photos and send the good ones to me:)I always forget to take photos, and we need them for content!


2.We need a couple of persuasive ticket salesmen or sales women to push the 50/50 raffle.


3.re-enactors and WWII era vehicles would be nice. They do not have to be military.


5.Share the flyer below! Please promote our show as much as you can, and most importantly come see the band and the slide show!

The photo above left is originally in black and white. I wished they just colorized the flag, I think it would have looked more dramatic, like the girl in the red coat in Schindler's List. The photo on the left is of the 57th signal Battalion and their pendant is red with yellow markings. Is there any photo buffs/AI users that can make the pendant red and the markings yellow? I want this photo to be the lead photo in the lecture "LIFE ON THE LINE" The 57th Signal Battalion in WWII that I am presenting May 7th.
