Duxbury Beach Reservation is currently hiring for an Assistant Field Coordinator, seeking candidates with a BA/BS in Wildlife Biology or a related field and 3+ years of avian monitoring or similar experience. The Assistant Field Coordinator will assist in the management of the Endangered Species Program on Duxbury Beach, a 4.5-mile barrier beach on the South Shore of Massachusetts, which is home to significant breeding populations of Piping Plovers and Least Terns in particular. The Assistant Field Coordinator's responsibilities will include helping to provide oversight and supervision of field staff, working in the field to collect data and observations on our listed shorebird species and other ecology, and contributing to end-of-season state reporting
