“TUESDAY TWEETS” AT GREEN BRIAR

Join naturalist and well-known birder Phil Kyle on a guided bird walk on the grounds and nature trails at the Thornton W. Burgess Green Briar Nature Center in East Sandwich.  “Tuesday Tweets” will be offered on September 9, September 23, October 7, and October 21 at 8:30am.  Birding changes seasonally, and the migrants from Canada and northern New England start heading south this time of year.  The walks will focus on sighting and identifying some of these species as they rest and refuel here on their journey.  Bring binoculars and a birding field guide if you have them.  Inclement weather cancels the walk. Reserve your spot for each date online at thorntonburgess.org and pay the $10 fee at the door the morning of the walk.
