[Classifieds] Seasonal Short-term opportunity at the Waquoit Bay Reserve

[cid:image002.jpg at 01DCF29F.80AF5B90]The Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve/MA Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking a short-term Seasonal Laborer I to work at the Reserve Headquarters at 131 Waquoit Highway, Waquoit for the summer.

Seasonal Laborers perform and assist with a variety of duties in connection with conservation and maintenance work including, but not limited to, grounds and facility maintenance including cutting grass, raking leaves, watering, painting, rubbish removal, beautification of parks, campgrounds, beaches, and facilities.



May be expected to use a variety of hand tools. May also operate boats, UTVs, motor vehicles, and light trucks and assist with loading and unloading of supplies, equipment, etc. Based on assignment, collect fees and may be required to possess a current and valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.


Additional duties may include greeting and providing park visitors with information about the facility.  Perform other related duties as required.
