It says on West Marine's social media that you can purchase online or in-store, but I couldn't figure out how to do it on their website so I went into the Falmouth store and renewed with no problem. Also, for anyone looking for a class to satisfy the new MA boater safety training requirements, the Woods Hole Coast Guard Auxiliary has two more Saturday classes this spring - April 18 and May 9.
