Hello all,
I am interested in targeted gene delivery to adult Xenopus muscles. I am looking for viral vectors to accomplish this. The rVSV-G that has been shown to work in adult Xenopus neurons unfortunately appears to have poor myotropism (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30416430/). I came across another study using rabies virus but in Xenopus tadpoles. Has anybody successfully used either rVSV-G or any other viral vector for adult Xenopus that is also myotropic?
Thanks in advance for your inputs!
Best,
Swetha
