Hi all,

like the past years, we want to offer to you to get free frogs (you just
pay the shipping) after the course. The course runs until April 21st,
and the frogs will have to be shipped that week to your labs. CSH can
not keep them for longer. Therefore, interested people should contact us
asap to start preparing all necessary info and paperwork.

1.) We will only ship healthy frogs to you.
2.) The final numbers might change a little bit and it might be possible
that we won't have male laevis left after the course (we reduced the
number we ordered).
3.) You will need to arrange with your institution and animal care teams
for the arrival of these frogs ahead of time. So check in with them asap
in case you are interested.
4.) We will try to distribute them evenly and give somewhat priority to
new investigators just starting to build up their colonies.

5.) Please indicate in your email how many frogs and which transgenic
lines you would be interested in taking. We have:

X. laevis - female - wt - pigmented: #50
X. laevis - male - wt - pigmented: #12
X. laevis - female - wt - albino: #15
X. laevis - female - memGFP - albino: #12
X. laevis - female - memRFP - albino: #3
X. laevis - female - memRFP - pigmented: #9
X. laevis - female - H2B-GFP & memRFP - pigmented: #6
X. laevis - female - Brainbow - pigmented: #2
X. laevis - female - sox10-GFP - pigmented: #3

X. tropicalis - female - wt - pigmented: #33
X. tropicalis - male - wt - pigmented: #34

Sources: WT frogs are from Xenopus1, transgenic lines are from NXR.

I want to take this opportunity here to also thank Rob and the NXR team
for their animals and getting them in great condition to the course!!!

Thank you all and we are looking forward to hearing from you :)
