Oyster Pond Environmental Trust Meeting: 



Noted local bird photographer Craig Gibson will present The Birds of Oyster Pond & the Falmouth Coast at the annual meeting of Oyster Pond Environmental Trust (OPET) on Tuesday, July 19th at 7 pm at Highfield Hall on 56 Highfield Drive in Falmouth. Craig is recognized as an outstanding photographer who explores the bird world through flight and perched images. He will showcase images of resident and migrating species and discuss where they can be found on the local coastline and marshes throughout the year. 





Craig will share his straight forward techniques and encourage questions from the audience throughout the entire presentation. He is working on a better understanding of bird identification and behavior, camera techniques especially for flight shots, proper exposure and lighting conditions, as well as effective field work to capture and present the most pleasing images.
