Apartment in Roxbury (Fort Hill, 145 Highland Avenue) is available mid-may (or june 1) through the end of august. $1350 per month, plus utilities (electric and heat in summer should be less than $100 per month combined; cable/internet is approx $75 per month). We can leave the furniture (kitchen utensils, televisions, etc) or move it out -- whichever is preferred. The current furniture is student-style, and the tv screen is fairly big. There is a dishwasher and the apartment is overall in good shape. 


The landlord is good and reasonable. The neighborhood is residential -- young professionals and young families, so it is not a good spot for big parties. There is ample on-street parking. Two male undergrads have been happy and comfortable and safe there. It is just above Roxbury CC and a short walk to the Orange Line. 

Subletters can go on the lease that runs through August, or they can make a monthly payment to current lease holders (local Falmouth family).
