In addition to the indoor space, the home is located adjacent to a private beach, has a large backyard with a firepit, and is steps away from the Steamship Authority for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard. Just a five minute walk to WHOI or the MBL; perfect for a scientist looking for an off-season home. Tenants will be moving in with two already-established housemates, who are 20-something scientists working in the Woods Hole and Falmouth areas.
