Zeiss Axiophot microscope, complete with Trinocular head and quintuple nosepiece, fitted with 5X Plan Neofluar, 16X Phase 2 Neofluar, 40X Phase3 Neofluar, 40X Fluar oil immersion, and 63X Plan Apo oil immersion objectives. It contains a large platform rotating stage, and is equipped with DIC inserts for Differential Interference Microscopy. The Condenser accommodates Bright field, Dark field, Phase and DIC viewing. The incident light system contains a Filter set for FITC, Rhodamine, etc. and there is a 50W HBO Xenon lamp housing, light source, and Power supply for incident light, as well as a 100W Tungsten lamp housing, light source and power supply for transmitted light. The equipment includes an MC100 Spot Photo System and Zeiss tool kit. All in NEW condition, and located near the MBL in Woods Hole, MA.
