An Indian princess in a Caribbean forest lives in harmony with nature until a bomb is dropped on her habitat and she is projected into the maelstrom of history – the jihad, shipwrecks, slave labor … catastrophic realities that she mourns, observes and endures. An initiation that finds resonance in four songs, four dreams into which enter a jazz pianist and a juggler.

Eugenie Kuffler was born in 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1967 she emigrated to Paris where she studied composition and flute at the Paris Conservatory. Currently she performs with the 4 women music collective Hot Chills, the feminine vocal ensemble FaSuperLa, the collective of musicians, poets and actors -Les Toboggans Po é tiques and also with the Woods Hole Folk Orchestra for the summer contra dances. In 1998 she founded the music-theatre troupe Connexi ó n Habana and with them until 2007, created 10 chapters of Etno Poes í a Cuba. She has created radio works for France Musique and France Culture and solo performances in Paris, Vienna, Hambourg, Lyon, Strasbourg, Catalonia, Madrid, Helsinki and Gerona. Since 1998 she has performed alone or with high local talent at the Woods Hole Community Hall.

Glenway Fripp was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1953, he then moved to New Orleans, where a Voodoo Queen put a powerful spell on him to save him from the 'White Man's Souless Plague'. It seemed to have worked. In 1967 he discovered the Vodoo drum of Haiti and brought one back so it could talk to him after he returned to the cold, cold, cold of New England. With that drum he began his quest the music. He lives in Woods Hole and plays with Blue Montuna , his local dance band , 'Buzzards Bayou ' a Zydeco and Cajun band formed by Jonathan Larkin , QuasiModal his beloved jazz trio and Tres Amigos, a Brazilian ensemble formed by Livio Freitas. H e also composes for the theatre and for films . www.glenwayfripp.com

Janoah "anygoodjokes" Bailin learned juggling as a bored ten-year-old trapped at summer camp. He trained (aka fooled around) with the Suspenders Juggling Troupe of Falmouth, practiced obsessively in his back yard, then toured New England for two summers with Circus Smirkus, a youth circus from Vermont. He recently graduated from College of the Atlantic in Maine, studying the myriad variations of performance: theatre and movement, objects and puppets, film and literature, live, dead, etc. Janoah is currently a juggler and unicyclist for Cape area festivals and parades.
