Dear Students, Faculty, and TAs for the bootcamp week,
We'll be going on our Gemma field trip tomorrow. Several faculty and TAs responded to my request to join the trip, and we were able to fit everyone onto one or the other of the trips. Please see the attached schedule to find out who is scheduled to go on which trip (we had to accommodate several scheduling constraints which is why some people were put onto one or the other of the trips). Please let me know if you need to switch to a different trip, and we can see if we can re-arrange it but I would prefer not to have to do that. Remember, pay careful attention to the instructions in the file and arrive at the dock BY the specified time. in other words, get there BEFORE the specified time, so that when the specified time arrives, you are already there. this is for safety purposes with the boat.
Also, we are going to have our group photo for this week at the dock, in between the two trips, so after the first trip arrives, please hang around at the dock until the second group arrives, then we'll take the photo before the second group goes onto the boat.
Finally, just a reminder that Jim Mcilvain will be giving us his lecture tomorrow, so if you are on the first boat you'll go to his second lecture at 10:30, and if you are on the second boat you will go to his first lecture which is at 9:30. the lectures will take place in the LAB.

    regards,
           Wallace
