Dear MBLers, 


A friend of TEDxWoodsHole is has started a non-profit organization to engage students and educators in discussions about career development. Last week he met a student at Democracy Prep High School in Harlem and one of the juniors there asked the following question: 


What is the path to becoming a successful marine biologist?
