Calling all singers!

Join Woods Hole Cantata Consort as we celebrate our 51st season with Purcell's "Dido and Aeneas."

Director Maggie Bossi is excited to lead us in this romantic opera, sung in English and hailed as one of Purcell's finest works. Our production will be semi-staged with costumes and props. At less than one hour in length, it combines beautiful music with a dramatic story that gives the work great color and energy. It has true love, treachery, witches, a thunderstorm, and plenty of choral sections!

Rehearsals start Tuesday June 18 at 7:00 PM, with registration at 6:30 PM.
Concerts are Saturday August 17 at 7:30 PM and Sunday August 18 at 4:00 PM.
