Dear Xenopus community,
On behalf of Akimasa Fukui from XCIJ (Xenopus Community In Japan), I just want to let you know that the genome browser which has been developed and used during X. laevis genome project in Japan has become now available to public: https://xenopus.lab.nig.ac.jp/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/xl_v9_1m_p/
<https://xenopus.lab.nig.ac.jp/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/xl_v9_1m_p/>This contains genome assemblies of laevis (v7.1, v8.0, and v9.1) as well as of tropicalis (v8, v9), and you can, for example, Blast/Blat and search for genes by keyword.
If you have any further questions, comments or suggestions about the browser, please write to Akimasa (afukui at sci.hokudai.ac.jp<mailto:afukui at sci.hokudai.ac.jp>).
Thanks!
Takuya
