Dear Xenopus community,

A reminder of the opportunity for a fully paid summer research opportunity at the MBL next summer. The research awards cover your housing and lab space costs, and you have the opportunity to use all of the NXR frog lines. The deadline is fast approaching ( December 15 , 2016). I encourage you to consider applying for the fellowship.

In the past several summers there have been over 10 awards given to Xenopus researchers. The summer is an exciting time at the MBL and you have the opportunity to interact with a number of different investigators from around the world. In addition, the MBL is now offering fellowships for more junior investigators. So if you’d like to come and do some X. laevis or X. tropicalis work, use the various transgenic lines or create some mutant lines then take advantage of this opportunity.

Please visit the webpage for more details about the application, and contact me if you are interested in applying.
