[Xenopus] ELISA for hormonal quantification

Dear All,

 

Many thanks to all who respond to our question last week, much appreciated.

We have a related question : we are now looking for protocols to quantify
thyroid hormones, estrogen and androgens in xenopus tadpoles, ideally
non-radioactive methods such as ELISA. Any publication describing reference
values for estrogens and androgens at tadpoles stage will also be helpful
for us (if it exists
)
