Dear Xenbase users and Xenopus researchers,

Welcome back Xenbase! We have been having technical issues that we hope will soon be resolved. In the meantime. we have a temporary site with most functions available for you to use - type this succinct address into your browser ( no www): xenbase.org Then follow the pink link.

NB: This site has limited capacity (ie., can only cope with a few users at once), so may not always load. Please try again after a few minutes.

BLAST, FTP, wiki and JBrowse are NOT yet reinstalled, but the gene pages should all be functional. More functionality is being added daily!

If you require BLAST or JBrowse - we suggest you use the NCBI BLAST and their genome viewer for the v10 genomes.

If you require a data file from FTP, it will not be linked- so please send a request for the specific file to Xenbase at cchmc.org<mailto:Xenbase at cchmc.org>

Thanks for your patience

Cheers

Christina @ Xenbase
