[Xenopus] Is there a freon-free protocol for removing yolk?

A protocol question from Prof Malgorzata Kloc:

“For many years I have used Freon to remove yolk from Xenopus egg/oocyte extracts. For some time now, Freon has not been allowed in the lab.

Is there any other method(s) to remove yolk?”
