Hi Pai,
We purchased the PM1000 from MicroData Instruments 3 years ago for ~$5000. It has all of the features of the PLI-100’s that we’ve used for many years but I find it a bit more finicky to get used to. Old dog, new tricks most likely.
Best,
Jan

You don't often get email from vaibhav.pai at tufts.edu. Learn why this is important<https://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification>
Hi Folks,
We need to buy microinjectors for Xenopus embryo injections. The PLI-100 from Harvard Apparatus/Warner Instruments is no longer manufactured.
What microinjector do folks use for microinjection these days?
Any help or feedback on this would be really appreciated.
Thank you
Pai
