ECO One Stop Expression of Interest Form Now Available

Potential applicants can now fill out this optional, but recommended, form to receive feedback on potential Coastal Resilience and Coastal Habitat and Water Quality Grant projects.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) period for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Fiscal Year 2028 ECO One Stop<https://www.mass.gov/environment-climate-one-stop> grant round is open through October 16. CZM’s Coastal Resilience<https://www.mass.gov/info-details/coastal-resilience-grant-program> and Coastal Habitat and Water Quality<https://www.mass.gov/info-details/coastal-habitat-and-water-quality-grants> Grants are included in the ECO One Stop.

This year, potential applicants can submit up to two EOIs (the equivalent of two project ideas), with the exception of Regional Planning Agencies, which can submit up to four. EOIs must be submitted by the end of the day on October 16.
