Dear friends and colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that registration and abstract submission for the 15th International Xenopus Conference are now open.

The meeting will be held at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove CA from August 24-28, 2014.

The conference website can be found at: http://www.genetics-gsa.org/xenopus/

This meeting is of central importance to the Xenopus community and provides outstanding opportunities for interaction, with platform talks and posters presented by students, postdocs, and faculty, plus roundtable career development forums. This meeting also provides an ideal opportunity to learn about the latest advances in genomics and proteomics, as well as new methodologies that are accelerating research within the Xenopus system. The meeting format has evolved somewhat to better promote the future of the field, including an emphasis on new faces, broader topics and roundtables to promote discussion and career development; we hope that you will make every effort to attend and participate. A number of travel grants will be awarded to trainees to help make the meeting more affordable.

Deadlines for Abstracts and Registration are June 10th and July 24th respectively.

We Hope to see you in Asilomar!
