Dear Colleagues,
I am currently working on a proposal to the NIH to produce monoclonal antibody libraries to Xenopus proteins. I will use native proteins from embryos and Xenopus cell lines focusing on cell surface and nuclear antigens.
1) If you could dream of one antibody that would make your work that much more efficient, which protein would it recognize (Of course one that is not commercial available).
2) If anyone has expression data (Proteomics or RNA expression) of XTC, A6 or S3 cell lines that they would be willing to share It could help narrow down which combination to use.
The deadline is in 2 weeks.
Thanks for your help.

When the Fathers let the children do anything. When the Sons do not care about their words,
When Teachers tremble in front of their students... When finally the young disregard the laws,
because they do not recognize any longer, above them, the authority from anything or anyone...
Then, in all its beauty and its youth, is the beginning of Tyranny.
