Thank you for all of your suggestions. I am creating the list.
What would really help is if you have morpholino to that gene and you could send me a small aliquot it would greatly facilitate the screening. I don’t need it now, but just let me know if you have one. IF we get the Grant I will ask again for the Morpholinos.
Right now it would cost over 20,000$ to get morpholino to each of the Xenopus targets.
