Dear #xenopus colleagues, particularly those in the US. I write to bring your attention to an OpEd in today’s Washington Post: https://wapo.st/3ZGoHpS

This is a critical moment for US science - the current Senate budget deliberations have the potential to decimate US science, with the worst impacts being born by basic science and animal research. Please share this widely on social media and in your networks. And if you are in a red state in the US please share with your senators - and please consider using it as motivation to write your own opinion pieces in local newspapers (I would be happy to help). This is an all hands on deck time for US science.
