[Xenopus] Open letter in support of NIH

Dear colleagues,

Please consider signing an open letter in support of the Bethesda Declaration, a document created and signed by workers at the NIH that is "A Call for NIH and HHS Leadership to Deliver on Promises of Academic Freedom and Scientific Excellence."
